Is there such a thing as a gay style of living? This is the question the author asked himself when he decided to do a book on gay houses in Europe. So in true photographer-explorer style, he grabbed his toothbrush, toothpaste and a couple of other essentials, and left in search of interesting houses, roaming through Amsterdam, Berlin, London, Paris, Barcelona, Venice, Rome and Milan for two months. This is how the pleasure emerges of living in a place filled with dreams and memories of travels, transforms itself into a personal refuge, where anyone can find inner peace. Flicking through the pages of this book, we find ourselves increasingly in a world of choices made without ambiguity or fear, fiercely authentic and naively pure. This can be called style. In fact it can be summed up in just two words: 'Be Yourself'.
