Jonathan Grier never would’ve considered taking the job if he hadn’t been humiliated and banned from every other publication. Had he known just how insane the town really was, he might have decided to work in retail instead.

Drex Kershaw had been part of a military special forces unit until an injury ended his career. Determined to make a new life for himself, he discovered Jonathan, who needed him more than anyone he’d saved in the past. But if Drex had any hope of finding happiness with Jonathan, he may just have to paddle the snarky cynicism right out of him.
