How many calamities does it take to make a baby?

The journey to having a child should be a simple one, shouldn't it? A man meets a woman, or a woman meets a man. They date, get married, have a child, and live happily ever after.

But what if that's not the case?

What happens when a woman meets a woman or a man meets a man?

The world is ever-changing, and these types of relationships are now more recognised. My story is about two women on the quest to have a child and then, ultimately, a woman as a singleton becoming a mother.

Taking you through the ups, the downs, the in-between bits and everything else, I'll be as honest as possible and hopefully make you smile.

I also hope that I can give you hope on your journey to becoming a parent through IVF (in vitro fertilisation*).
