Resumen

Daniel Estulin is a member of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, foreign policy advisor to Latin American nations, and doctor of conceptual intelligence. He submits his book for publication in January of the fate-filled year of 2020. Consequently, his book misses events that are still not resolved two years later. Nevertheless, his eyes are fixed on the big picture, the year 2045. Instructors and students of political philosophy and economics take note.
These comments re-articulate Estulin's concept of global project, using two purely relational structures, the Greimas square and the category-based nested form. The resulting diagrams complement Estulin's intuitive arguments. They show that Estulin is thinking about more than he is saying.
Razie Mah sees global projects as crystal balls. Estulin uses the metaphor of prism. Estulin looks through the prism of global projects in order to offer advice to each of the civilizational parties, concerning strategy and tactics. He does not predict the future. He proposes what must be done for a successful outcome.
Razie Mah examines his treatment of China, as one very interesting global project. In doing so, Mah bypasses the other (very interesting) global projects, while at the same time laying the groundwork for a category-based approach.
There is a reason for the selectivity. China, Russia and Islam share the same interscope. Economics rules the perspective level. Intelligence rules the situation level. Politics defines the content level. This suggests that these three global projects have common characteristics.
Estulin talks about a "new economics", one not fixated on capital as usury and fiat currency. Usury and fiat currency? Get a taste of the New Babylon global project in Razie Mah's January 2023 blog. Diagrams of Estulin's argument offer a way to articulate the interactive nature of economics, politics, capital and communion. Both Estulin's text and Mah's commentary work together, allowing both instructors and students the opportunity to play with the concept of global project, while remaining on task.
