Stretching the Gymnast

Evan loves hi Sunday mornings where the family leave him alone for a few hours. He can spend his time doing whatever he likes. And what he likes is listening to ASMR in his ear buds while he wanks. Only today, his nineteen year old gymnast neighbour surprises him and ends up stuck with a front row show because can't get out the broken door. The awkwardness of the situation settles down but increases as instead of leaving, Mannie asks for some sex advice ... and although Evan tries to avoid it ... he ends up giving her some advice that she takes to heart.
